Friday tradition

For over ten years we have been welcoming the Sabbath with wine and music and you are all welcome. Fridays are the happiest day at our winery when we open our doors and invite you for a wine experience that includes tastings and music in our unique and pleasant atmosphere.

The mornings are dedicated to guided wine tastings, and from midday we start to celebrate and welcome the Sabbath. Seated around barrels or alongside our wine collections, wine is served by the glass or bottle and cheese platters are available with breads and savory spreads to the sounds of the saxophone and background music.

Tastings

Join us for personalized wine tastings on Friday mornings between 10:00 – 12:00. The tasting experience for two includes 3 wines, a platter of quality cheeses, fresh vegetables, beigels and French butter – 300 Shekels per couple.

Reservations are made in advance through our online booking form and we will contact you to coordinate your visit. Please note that reservations are not final until you receive confirmation from us.

Welcoming The Sabbath

Every Friday from 12:30 the atmosphere in the winery changes, the music is turned up and the Saxophone comes to life. You can order your choice of wines by the glass or bottle and our cheese platter with breads and savory spreads.

Reservations are made in advance through our online booking form with a 150 Shekels per person minimum. Please note that reservations are not final until you receive confirmation from us.

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes, in order to guarantee places for both our Friday wine tastings and welcoming the Sabbath. Visitors without reservations are received on the basis of available space only. (create button here instead of link – also in Hebrew)

Yes, our Visitors Center is indoors and seating is by advance reservations only. We do have an open courtyard where you can sit if space is available.

On Fridays the wine-production area is closed to visitors.

 

We play a wide selection of music, often by our DJ, accompanied by the live saxophone sounds of our wine-maker.

We only serve our own wines including rose, white wines and a wide selection of red wines. Mineral water and San Pellegrino sparkling water is also available.

No. The winery operates as an Open House on Fridays and everyone is welcome. However until 13:30 it is usually possible to be our guests in a more private atmosphere although not exclusively so.

Of course, we welcome it. For groups of up to 30 people you can reserve places through our online system.

 

Yes, all our wines are strictly kosher l’mehadrin for Passover and all the days of the year under the supervision of Badatz Beit Yosef and Belz (not Mevushal). The food is kosher under Rabbinical supervision.

Yes, there is free parking at the winery.
